About the desk
Daily reporting on the tools operators actually use — filed by hand.
Flow HQ Daily is a one-editor desk covering SaaS launches, workflow software, AI apps, productivity stacks, and operator reviews for builders and teams. We are not a roundup aggregator. We are not a hype feed. We file at 8:55am ET, edited for substance, with corrections first-class.
Who is behind this
The desk is run by a small team of operators who have shipped workflow software and AI tooling themselves. We test every tool we recommend on real team workflows for at least a week. We name products, people, and outcomes — even when the news is the absence of either.
We started Flow HQ Daily because SaaS coverage had collapsed into top-10 listicles and AI hype cycles. Builders deserve daily dispatches that read like a newspaper, not a newsletter funnel.
What we cover
- 01
SaaS launches
Funding rounds, GA releases, beta programs, sunset notices, and pivots.
- 02
Workflow software
Notion, Linear, Airtable, Asana, ClickUp, Monday, and the long tail of tools that move operator work forward.
- 03
AI apps
LLM tools, copilots, agents, vertical AI — what shipped, what's beta, what to skip until v3.
- 04
Productivity stacks
Mix-and-match kits for indie builders, team leads, and operators picking tools in 2026.
How we source stories
Primary sources first: founders, employees, internal documents, public filings, session recordings. We confirm every reported number, every quote, every claim. If we can't confirm it, we don't run it. Anonymous sourcing requires a second corroborating signal.
Review embargos are honored. NDA briefings are recorded with the source's consent and quoted only after we run the claim against the public product.
Review methodology
Operator reviews go on the desk only after a one-week bench test on a real team workflow. Every review is two-pass reviewed before publish and gets a clear operator verdict (use / skip / wait). We decline paid placement and reject affiliate commissions that influence editorial ordering.
When we get it wrong, we correct it. Corrections stay attached to the original story — never quietly deleted, never silently rewritten.

Corrections policy
Flag anything off and the desk will reply within 24 hours. Substantive corrections appear at the top of the corrected dispatch, dated and signed. We keep a public corrections ledger on the contact page — every fix, with the reason, never quietly hidden.
